John M. Robbins CMB – President and Chief Executive Officer
John Robbins is a 39-year veteran of the mortgage banking industry. He founded American Residential Mortgage, which was sold to Chase Manhattan Bank in 1994, and American Mortgage Network, which was sold to Wachovia Bank in 2005. In 2007, John was Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association. He has served two terms on Fannie Mae’s National Advisory Board and was Chairman of the Policy Advisory Board for The Burnham/Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego from 1992 to 2008. John also served as a trustee for The University of San Diego from 1994 to 2010.

Jay M. Fuller – Executive Vice President, National Production
Jay Fuller served as President, Chief Operating Office, and Director of American Residential Investment Trust and American Mortgage Network. He also served as Head of Production and then managed various integration activities for American Mortgage Network (“AmNet”), later called Vertice, the wholesale mortgage originations business in Wachovia. Jay has 37 years of mortgage banking experience and has held numerous management positions throughout his career. During 1995 and 1996, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Victoria Mortgage. Between 1983 and 1994, Jay served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at American Residential Mortgage Corporation where he was directly involved in a number of major initiatives, including the growth of the $16 billion servicing portfolio, and improvements in technology for better productivity and service.

David Wallace – Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Dave Wallace served as Senior Vice President, Financial Controller for American Mortgage Network (“AmNet”), later called Vertice, the wholesale mortgage originations business of Wachovia. He oversaw all finance and accounting functions, including financial planning and analysis, internal and external reporting, accounting and cost control. Dave joined the company in 2004 as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Analysis. Prior to that, he led Retail Finance for Gateway Corporation where he managed finance and accounting for a nationwide, 275-store chain. Prior to Gateway, Dave served as Senior Manager, Planning Strategy for Charles Schwab Corporation. He received his BS in Business Administration/Finance from San DiegoState University and an MBA in Finance from Hayward State University.

Anna Martinez - Executive Vice President
Most recently, Anna Martinez worked as an Independent Consultant with Essent Guaranty, Inc. on activities related to Operational Risk Reviews to assess counter party strength, and participated in Business Development efforts as well. She also consulted with VCG on a national conduit for Energy Efficient Loan Programs for both residential and commercial clients. Served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for American Mortgage Network (“AmNet”), later called Vertice, the Wholesale Mortgage Originations business in Wachovia, until acquisition by Wells Fargo. She was responsible for product development, systems and process enhancements, and investor/MI/dealer relations. Before becoming a Senior Vice President, Anna Martinez was Vice President, Capital Markets and New Business Development for AmNet. She previously served as Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager for Bank of America Private Bank. She has also held management positions with Chase Manhattan Mortgage, Advanta Mortgage and American Residential Mortgage Corporation. She has a B.S. in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of San Diego. Ms. Martinez holds FINRA licenses 7, 63 and 24.

Randall A. Myres – Senior Vice President, Loan Technology
Randy Myres served as Senior Vice President/Chief Information Officer for American Mortgage Network (“AmNet”), later called Vertice, the Wholesale Mortgage Originations business in Wachovia, until acquisition by Wells Fargo. He was responsible for all aspects of the company’s technology development, configuration, implementation and capacity planning. Mr. Myres has held management positions with National Bankcard, Chase Manhattan Mortgage, American Residential Mortgage Corporation and Imperial Corporation of America. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Coleman College in San Diego as well as a Certified Mortgage Technologist accreditation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.

S. Muir Atherton – Senior Vice President, Hedging and Sales
Muir Atherton served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for American Mortgage Network (“AmNet”), later called Vertice, the wholesale mortgage originations business of Wachovia. He was responsible for hedging, sales, pricing, rate distribution and the lock desk function. Before joining AmNet, Muir was Vice President of Providian Financial. At Bank of America, he was Vice President, responsible for secondary marketing and loan delivery. Muir was also a Senior Vice President at American Residential Mortgage Corporation. He is a graduate of PrincetonUniversity and received his MBA from Wharton Graduate Division, University of Pennsylvania.

Suzanne Gonsalves - Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Suzanne Gonsalves served as the Senior Human Resources Leader for American Mortgage Network (“AmNet”), later called Vertice, the wholesale mortgage originations business of Wachovia. For over 20 years, she has partnered with business leaders to build and sustain cultures of accountability and create organizations that attract, and develop strong talent and empower high-performing teams. Throughout multiple mergers and acquisitions, Suzanne has played significant roles in the integration of systems, processes, cultures and human capital. She has also been Vice President with Long Beach Acceptance, and had specialist roles in Compensation and Employee Relations over her tenure with American Residential Mortgage Corporation (“AMRES”), which was acquired by Chase Manhattan Bank in 1994. Suzanne graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), earning her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology with a business emphasis and she is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
